What is your technical support policy and what about its renewal?
We provide free phone and email support for a limited time, as defined in the product life cycle. When purchasing a product you get a 12-month support contract. While your support contract is active, you will be receiving the latest versions of the products you have purchased.
Each time the contract expires, you may renew your support contract for another year at a small cost. Further details are provided here. If you opt out, then you will still be able to use the products you have purchased. However should you wish to upgrade to the latest version, the cost will be calculated with a reduction as stated here.
Is V.A.T. included in the prices?
No, the prices do not include V.A.T. The tax is calculated during the checkout process.
How secure is your server?
Credit card data and private information are transmitted using secure protocol according to the current standards. The transaction is carried out by the National Bank of Greece.
Can I pay by check or wire transfer?
Yes, it is possible to pay by check or cash or both.
For checks issued in Greece, please contact us. We accept post-dated checks up to two months.

How long does it take to process my order?
This depends on your payment and the products you order. If you pay by credit card, the bank authorizes credit card orders almost immediately. In very few cases, if the credit card company refuses to authorize a credit card online, the authorization process must be handled manually which can take a couple of hours. You get an instant email confirmation for your order anyway. Only check orders and wire transfer take a few days.
When the product is electronic, you will automatically received upon verification of your payment the serial number. If physical shipment is involved, then allow a maximum of:
- 2-6 business days for delivery in Greece
- 3-8 business days for delivery in Europe
- up to 14 business days for delivery WorldWide
What happens if I lose my serial number?
TechnoLogismiki has your address on file and can send you this information again. Please contact our support team if you need a copy of your serial number.
What is your refund policy?
We work hard to create products that will meet your expectations. If you are not satisfied with our products, for whatever reasons, we refund orders within 14 days after purchase (*).
(*) Terms and Conditions:
- Shipping and handling fees are not included in the refunded amount.
- Refunds are only possible after we receive the product (Original CD, Hasp key, etc). For products delivered electronically this term does not apply.
Do I receive a tax invoice from TechnoLogismiki?
You get a tax invoice only from the Bank.
Customers from Greece must enter their VAT ID, Issuer and Occupation in order for TechnoLogismiki to be able and issue a tax invoice.
Do you offer academic prices or special prices for non-profit organizations?
TechnoLogismiki offers special academic prices and significantly reduced prices for non-profit organizations.

Do you offer discounts for volume licensing?
TechnoLogismiki offers discounts for volume licensing which are automatically taken into account in the e-shop.
For example, for 2 licenses, the second license is offered at a 50% discount.
How much does shipping and handling cost?
There are no extra charges for shipping and handling. All orders are dispatched using registered Hellenic Post Offices mail or courier services.
