Our new book Regarding harbors is available.
This book is the third of a series which presents and analyzes the legal and technical aspects of several areas of administrative law simultaneously. It focuses on harbors and examines, among others, Laws 2971/2001, 2932/2001, 2160/1993 ..., which lay down the rules concerning harbors and examines them from the perspective of both a jurist and an engineer. The first part of the book analyzes the various concepts of the different types of harbors and the administrative bodies that implement the pertaining procedures, whereas the second part is dedicated to the technical application of the aforementioned rules (i.e. which construction works are permitted, the concession of certain rights in a harbor to other legal entities etc.)
